Research and scientific collaboration in South East Europe (SEE) will be enhanced through the use of the next generation regional computing & storage Grid Infrastructure and advanced applications, thanks to the “SEE-GRID eInfrastructure for regional eScience” project (SEE-GRID-SCI). The project aims to enlarge the existing SEE-GRID Infrastructure and to promote the wide use of SEE-GRID applications by new user groups, with strategic emphasis in the fields of seismology, meteorology and environmental protection.
